This notice covers cabinet.cab, the company website of Cabinet Digital Ltd. Our products have their own privacy notices, which explain what they collect from people who use them:
Who we are
Cabinet Digital Ltd is the data controller for this website. You can contact us at legal@cabinet.cab. Our company details are on the home page.
What this website collects
Very little. cabinet.cab has no accounts, no forms, no advertising and no analytics, and it sets no cookies.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical information about each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. Cloudflare acts as our processor; see Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Our heading font is served by Adobe Fonts. To deliver it, your browser connects to Adobe, which receives your IP address and logs which fonts were served, for licensing and billing. Adobe Fonts does not set cookies. See Adobe's Fonts privacy notice. Everything else on this site is served from cabinet.cab.
If you email us
If you email us, we use your name, email address and whatever you send us to reply and deal with your enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. Our email is provided by Google Workspace. We keep correspondence only as long as we need it for that purpose or to meet legal obligations, such as keeping business records.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it, delete it or restrict how we use it. You can also object to how we use it. Email legal@cabinet.cab and we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to sort it out first.
